We are a sports and musculoskeletal Physiotherapy practice based in Pinelands and City Rock Gym in Paarden Eiland.

We treat and rehabilitate any sports injury or musculoskeletal pain as well as headaches and TMJ pain.

We also offer Pilates classes and sports massage at the Pinelands practice.
